说起文章标题，实在不知道怎么起名，索性就以我第一天在写作起了个名字。

说起第一天写作，（哈哈，自嘲一下自己，自己也不是什么作家，只是普通的一名职工，也就是随笔记录一下生活）和最近的生活及心情有关，目前在家待岗已有将近2个月了，作为一个上班已有十来年的中年男人来说，可算是放了个长假。话说是放假但是作为一个职场人，可能是上班习惯了的缘故，在家带上一个星期就待不住了，上班的时候时常在想能有个假期该多好（忘了说明我的职业我是一名干工程行业的，成年出门在外漂泊，一年下来在家待的时间区区不到一个月），带上媳妇孩子出去转转，旅个游什么的，但事情并不是这样的，在家几天心里说不出的感觉，焦虑…迷茫…是职业病？…

为了消除这种心里和不安，在家的这段时间里，我通过忙碌来麻痹自己，媳妇平时在家做的事情我几乎全部接手过来。早上7.30起床洗漱完毕后先是送老大女儿去小学，然后再把老二送幼儿园上学，回到家8.30左右，上午11.30出门接老大回家吃饭，回家后开始做午饭，吃完饭13.00左右，休息半个小时后送老大去学校，16.00去接老大放学，到家后休息半个小时去接老二放学（老大报的英语，书法，美术辅导班，穿插在每天下午放学后时间，还要送去辅导班），回到家17.30开始做晚饭，孩子们开始写作业，写完作业，吃过饭往往20.30左右时间，孩子们在学校学习了一天写完作业，吃过晚饭后只有晚饭后这点时间是他们的自有时间，就陪着他们到小区楼下玩耍，玩耍一个小时左右21.30，上楼洗漱睡觉，结束一天的生活，这就是回家待业这段时间的日常，在忙碌中忘记心里的焦虑和不安。

今天 写这篇文章是在下午接两个孩子到家后，两个孩子写作业的时间，突然心里有了这么个念想，记录一下自己的生活，抒发一下自己的心情，希望自己惆怅的心能够得到一些舒展和放松！
